From Ethiopia with Love
NiBo Catering began as a simple, heartfelt mission: to preserve the vibrant culinary culture of Ethiopia for my friends and family here, far from home. It started in my kitchen, making traditional beverages and breads that tasted of home.
For years, friends and family would say, 'This is so good, you have to sell it!' After much encouragement, I took a leap of faith and turned a passion for cultural preservation into a business. And so, NiBo Catering was born.

Gimeja Haile
Founder & Home Care Nurse
Gimeja is a home care nurse with a passion for preserving her Ethiopian heritage through food. Her love for cooking and sharing traditional dishes with her community inspired her to start NiBo Catering, where culture and quality meet.
